To celebrate the launch of Adizero SL, SportsShoes & adidas are challenging you to progressively run 30K over 3 weeks.
We suggest:
Week 1 – Run 5K
Week 2 – Run 10K
Week 3 – Run 15K
Or, you can choose to split up the distance however you want e.g. you can simply run 1K-2K a day.
Whatever you decide - set yourself a goal, lace up and go for it!
